AyniHealth, a clinical change management platform built for radiation oncology, today announced a partnership with RadScale Partners to bring the platform to cancer centers across the United States. The two teams will appear together at the ASTRO Annual Meeting in Boston, September 27 to 29, at Booth 2734.
Radiation oncology departments are absorbing more change than at any point in the specialty's history. Adaptive workflows, clinical AI, new linacs and revised protocols arrive continually, and each one alters what staff are expected to do in the planning room and at the console. Each one also quietly dates the training records that certify them to do it. Competency is perishable, and it is measured against a workflow that no longer stands still.
The tools departments inherited were never built for that rhythm. Most learning management platforms handle annual mandatory training and induction well, but they were never built to answer whether a team remains competent against a workflow revised three times last year. The result is that one of the most consequential questions a department can ask, whether its people are credentialed against the work as it is performed today, is harder to answer than it should be.
"Every department we talk to knows this is their reality," said Matt Vigar, co-founder and CEO of AyniHealth, who trained and worked as a radiation therapist before two decades in oncology technology. "It is not a lack of effort. I have stood at that console. These teams are making enormous change work while continuing to treat patients. What they have never been given is a system that keeps up with them. That is what we have built."
AyniHealth ties each competency record to the exact version of the controlled document a staff member was assessed against. When that document changes or new technology arrives, the linked competency is automatically re-triggered, so credentialing moves with the workflow rather than lagging behind it. The platform brings training, credentialing and governance into one place, and includes Exchange, where verified specialists publish ready-to-run implementation worklists and credentialing pathways, and Communities, where teams making the same change can compare notes.
RadScale Partners will lead AyniHealth's commercial expansion in the United States. The Chicago-based consultancy works with radiation oncology, digital health and medical technology companies on go-to-market strategy and commercial growth, led by a team whose experience spans clinical care, medical technology and global commercial leadership.
"US health systems cannot afford the lag that has traditionally come with credentialing and competency tracking," said Adam Manoli, Managing Partner at RadScale Partners. "AyniHealth automates readiness as clinical protocols evolve, which gives health networks a more agile workforce and shortens the path to adopting new technology. We are looking forward to bringing their platform to centers across the US."
At ASTRO 2026
AyniHealth will demonstrate the platform alongside two ready-to-go AyniHealth Exchange packages released at the meeting. The Adaptive package combines a credentialing worklist of role-mapped tasks across radiation therapists, physicists and radiation oncologists with a sequenced learning pathway able to combine vendor content with local protocols, practical sign-offs and sharable progress tracking. The AI implementation worklist offers a structured go-live pathway for departments introducing clinical AI. Visitors can also complete the company's Adaptive Readiness Check, an eighteen-statement self-assessment across six domains drawn from current consensus on adaptive safety, credentialing and workforce readiness
The ASTRO Annual Meeting runs from September 26 to 30 at the Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston. AyniHealth and RadScale Partners will be at Booth 2734 during exhibit hours, September 27 to 29.
